Jelena is a PhD candidate at the School of Politics and International Relations at University College Dublin. Her work focuses on the European integration and democratisation process and the role of the EU actors in the EU accession process. Jelena’s previous professional experience include work in the European Parliament (Brussels); United Nations Development Programme (Belgrade/Brussels), European Investment Bank (Luxembourg) and a number of consultancies (Brussels/Belgrade).
